**Paso 2: **

Hellooooo..! Hellooooo..! Dear hivefood@hivefood community, I hope you are all enjoying good health. From my side I'm doing great, thank God, today I bring you my Pig's trotters stew.

As every day is a challenge for me to find what to make for lunch, today I looked in the fridge and found the pig's feet, I immediately thought of stewing them. My partner likes them a lot and well, why deny it, so do I, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha. Here's how I make them.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 grains of garlic.
  • 1/2 onion.
  • 1/2 red bell pepper (bell bell pepper).
  • 1 sprig of green onion (chives).
  • 1 sprig of celery Spain.
  • 3 medium potatoes.
  • 1 teaspoon of dry oregano.
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered paprika. 1 teaspoon of curry.
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon cumin.
  • Salt to taste.

**PREPARATION: **

Step 1:

We begin by washing the seasonings, and then chop them as small as we can, the garlic I crush it with my garlic crusher, which I brought from Venezuela.

**Step 2: **

Now we place the pot on the stove over medium heat, pour a little oil and when it is hot we put the garlic to sauté. Once sautéed, add the other seasonings, add a pinch of salt and let it sauté for 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Once well sautéed, we proceed to add the pig's feet. These were still frozen, I also put them, along with the dry seasonings. In the same way, we put water to cover the legs and cover, letting it boil for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I put a metal spoon in the stew so that the legs loosen a little faster, that's how we do it in my town when we don't have a pressure cooker.

Step 4:

After the estimated time, we uncover the pot and add the previously chopped potatoes , stir and leave half an hour more to loosen the potatoes.
