@emiliorios.

Hello to all the Hivers in @holos-lotus. After some time away, I am happily resuming my posts in the community, and I am pleased to join the activity proposed by
@emiliorios.
I had been thinking about how to approach my post—how to make my comeback to Hive and express myself to the community—and the conclusion was clear: even if I try to express myself logically or analytically, here, we post from the heart.
If I had to describe how I feel when looking at the photo with a single phrase, it would be: “The view while climbing the mountain,” but…
• What does the phrase “The view while climbing the mountain” mean?
Various artists emphasize in their songs that we shouldn't stop chasing our dreams because, even though climbing the mountain is difficult, the view at the end will be worth it. And from my perspective, they are right.
They say that when we reach the summit, we can see how most of our dreams have come true—an experience that must be overwhelmingly extraordinary. They describe how, from up there, one can see everything we have built: the scars from the times we fell and rose again, the footprints left along the way, the tree we had to cut down because it blocked our path, and even the seed we planted that has now grown tall.
As one might expect, the story suggests that the fundamental human nature is driven by a desire to move forward, to change, to evolve—and thus to enjoy one’s achievements.
• Yet, isn't this precisely what the woman in the image embodies?
I have a feeling that the person in the image has already achieved most of her dreams; she stands by the window, quietly savoring the calm brought by her success, thinking to herself without hesitation: "I am so proud of everything I have accomplished!"
Her graying hair speaks volumes about her experience; her poised demeanor suggests a commanding presence and a strong personality; the setting sun illuminates her face, marking the end of the day; and the wide-open windows signify the full realization of her goals. But...
• Do goals matter above all else? Is achieving everything the only thing that counts?
Well, no; the wise say that the JOURNEY is just as important as the destination. It is along the way that we define our attitudes and gather experience; it is precisely there that we fall and rise again, becoming stronger and more resilient. After all, the destination depends on the journey—a journey that molds and shapes us, transforming us into an evolved version of who we once were.
Those who do not enjoy or learn from the journey will not be able to enjoy the outcome; for those who look out the window at a twisted path will see only destruction and unpleasantness, whereas those who have sown seeds in good faith may find a lush, flourishing forest. The lesson is simple: let us learn from the journey and do good, so that we may then enjoy the view as we climb the mountain.
