Having problems with my internet the last couple of days so I missed a couple of uploads. But I'm back on track and ready to go.
No pics today, I did most of my walking helping my sister move, so I got a good weight lifting workout too.
On a high note the Buffalo Bills ended their preseason with a perfect record 4-0 wins, the first time in franchise history.
