Bueno muchachos aquí les comparto un poco de lo que fue mi día haciendo casi todos los elementos estáticos de la calistenia, digo casi todos porque todavía faltan muchos elementos, pero a diferencia de hace años se ha progresado bastante.
Well, guys, here I share with you a little bit of what my day was like doing almost all the static elements of calisthenics. I say almost all because there are still many elements missing, but unlike years ago, I have made a lot of progress.
Este combo que hice lo empecé con una plancha Straddel la cual aguante sus 3 segundos los cuales son necesarios para que en una competencia te los cuenten, pase a un touch de Front-level el cual solo marque ya que todavía no aguanto sus 3 segundos de ahí paso a unos press de Front-level aguantando al final sus respectivos segundos, paso a un Back-Level con pull-ups el cuál si no aguante para que contarán sus power-moves y finalice con un Hefesto, ese fue el combo y los puntos del cual analice a la hora de ejecutarlos.
I started this combo with a straddle press, holding it for 3 seconds, which is necessary for it to count in a competition. I moved on to a front-level touch, which I only scored because I still couldn't hold it for 3 seconds. From there, I moved on to some front-level presses, holding them for the required number of seconds at the end. I moved on to a back-level with pull-ups, which I couldn't hold long enough for them to count as power moves, and finished with a Hephaestus. That was the combo and the points I analyzed when executing them.
