Un saludo a todos ustedes espero se encuentren bien, esto que les estoy compartiendo es un poco sobre mi entrenamiento del día de hoy, estuve entrenando un poco lo que fuel el tuck de plancha junto con la Straddel Planch pero con Liga.
Greetings to all of you, I hope you are well. What I am sharing with you is a little bit about my training today. I was training a little bit on the tuck plank along with the straddle plank, but with a band.
Me enfoque más que todo en los Press de ambos ejercicios, aunque no tuve tanto dominio con los Press de Straddel Planch ya es algo que tengo que ir enfocándome, por otra parte ya en tuck me están saliendo cada vez más controlados así que esperemos que con el tiempo ir mejorando esos detalles.
I focused mainly on the presses in both exercises, although I didn't have as much control with the straddle planch presses, which is something I need to work on. On the other hand, my tuck presses are becoming more and more controlled, so hopefully I'll improve on those details over time.
