Bueno muchachos el día de ayer estuve entrenando el front con nuevos ejercicios empezando con un toch wide con liga aguantando 3sg bajando a wide y ahí pasando a hacer 3 press el siguiente ejercicio después de ese es un touch con agarre cerrado aguantando lo máximo que pueda siendo 3 series
Well guys, yesterday I was training the front with new exercises starting with a wide toch with garter holding 3 seconds, going down to wide and then going on to do 3 presses, the next exercise after that is a touch with closed grip holding as long as possible for 3 sets.
después el siguiente ejercicio fue haciendo una primera pull up en front y la siguientes en tuck adv en total fueron 6 reps y por último ejercicio marcaba el front y subía a press siendo dos pares y al final un aguante de 3sg en total hice 2 series de esa
then the next exercise was doing a first pull up in front and the following in tuck adv in total were 6 reps and last exercise marked the front and went up to press being two pairs and at the end a hold of 3sg in total I did 2 sets of that.
