Spent the day doing house work for my Mom. Helped her change sheets. Than put up garland on her outdoor deck. Than put up outside lights later in the day. Also added a few more christmas balls to her tree and moved some stuff around. Several flights made up and down stairs, plus a nice walk this evening put up a solid seven thousand plus day. Hope to keep the momentum up tomorrow.
