When I plan a visit to a city that lies on the springs of thermal mineral waters, I have in mind a visit to the spa centers.
And the best time to enjoy the warmth of thermal water is not during the summer, when the days are sunny and warm, but late in autumn or winter, when entering the hot water is a pleasure.

This is also the reason why I visited Szeged until today on cold days.
But that is the reason why I saw this beautiful city mostly in its winter clothes, in November, December, February, and only once at the end of April.
Until today.
I visited it on the last day of September, while this extended summer of ours is still going on and the daily temperature is above 25掳C.

And that tour and walk through famous streets, as well as staying in famous restaurants and a favorite pub, gave me a different scenery and the opportunity to see some details that I haven't seen before. Fountains in operation, barovw open, people sitting in restaurant gardens...

A walk through the central city streets led me to a high water tower (already seen), and now I could only see one fountain, as passers-by said, the smallest in Szeged

It's small, but it works 馃檪

Walking along the banks of the Tisza river, the road led me to the Szeged museum, which had a display of Picasso's works.

I entered the museum, but this time I didn't have time to tour the exhibition, I had to walk more.
I had the chance to see the fountain in front of the museum once a few years ago and since it is still working, I wanted to visit it at night, because I know it looks great after dark.

And until it got dark, I walked the sunny streets. I found a shop selling souvenirs and traditional Hungarian handicrafts.

Would any girl wear something like this today? Maybe just for the needs of some traditional exhibition, exhibition or event.

I walked past the Szeged Cathedral, from where I usually start all my walks, then past the Szeged Synagogue, next to which I take a photo every time, and before dusk, I came across a fountain in the well-known square in front of the university building, which completely surprised me.

I passed this square dozens of times on cold days, but I had no idea that the small amphitheater, with circular seating and a wooden floor, was actually a fountain.
And a very beautiful one.

After dark and a full moon appeared in the sky, I headed through the park to the museum.

It was full time, when beautiful music sounded from the town hall and the clock tower.
I knew that there was a fountain in front of the townhouse, but until now I had always looked at the drained, empty tub of the fountain.
Now the fountain was working and spraying water in all directions.

And music can also be heard at the fountain next to the museum.

In addition to the sound of water, in the recording I made and which I share here with you, you can also enjoy the well-known melody of classical music.

Today's #wednesdaywalk through the city, which I have walked several times so far, and which brought me some new views that I enjoyed, we ended by going to the best pastry shop in town, for a little sweet treat.
