My friends and I love pizza, we often make it ourselves, and lately we've been mastering different recipes found on the Internet. One of the most recent, and probably easiest, was the "lazy pizza on a flatbread.
It takes less than 30 minutes to prepare - and the result is more than delicious and will please fans of thick pizza.
So we bought
- sausages 50 grams
- mozzarella 100 grams
- 100 grams of hard cheese
- yellow tomatoes . red tomatoes 6 pieces
- Onions, 1 large onion
- 1 pack mayonnaise and inexpensive ketchup.
To start, we cut the flatbread lengthwise to make two bases for the future pizza and spread mayonnaise and ketchup on them. While the flatbread absorbed the sauce on a coarse grater grated cheese, chopped the sausage into small cubes, tomatoes in rings, and onions - thin half rings (for juiciness).
Then we put the tomatoes on the base, sprinkled them liberally with the sausages and topped them with a lot of cheese.
Then we put the tomatoes on the base, sprinkled them liberally with the sausages and topped them with a lot of cheese. Then we sent the pizza in the oven for 15 minutes.
One pizza was made with tomatoes on the inside, the other on the outside. It looks insanely appetizing and two of these pizzas are more than enough for a company of 4.
Naturally, we didn't do without the spicy stuff and especially the coconut sauce with ghost peppers (the cheese and creamy coconut flavor is just fabulous) and the spicy Louisiana style sauce proved to be especially good. I love this kind of stuff and if you like interesting flavor combinations and spicy food, it's definitely worth a try!
It's worth mentioning that my friends and I are actively using $PIZZA token and you can get some in your wallet by leaving a comment under this post :)
