INGREDIENTS
two oz Beefeater gin
one oz Angostura bitters
two oz Tropicana orange juice
one oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
one oz Mott's clamato juice
one tsp brown sugar
PROCEDURE
Mix dry gin, bitters, coffee liqueur, and orange juice in a blending glass and mix. Decant contents into a microwave-safe container and microwave for thirty seconds. Put ice to a blender and pour contents of container into it. Put clamato juice and brown sugar, cap container, and turn blender on. When mixture has the consistency of a frozen drink, fill into highball glass. Put it with a straw, a dash of kosher salt, and peppermint leaves.
