Hey Actifiters!
Today was my daughter's birthday so I took her out for a donut date before taking her to school. She turns 5 today - it's amazing how quickly time passes!
Work was busy today and I didn't get out as early in the day as I would have liked for a walk. But I did manage a late afternoon break to get some steps in. It was a gorgeously sunny day and was a great break to catch some sunshine and be active.
