One week No-smoking.!!! This went, actually, rather fast and up to one day I had to suppress, actually, no problems the addiction.
I also find this itself already a little bit more air agrees and has improved my taste and smell.
Well, who knows maybe I also pretend it. 馃槀

Eine Woche Rauchfrei.!!! Das ging eigentlich recht schnell und bis auf einen Tag hatte ich eigentlich keine Probleme die Sucht zu unterdr眉cken.
Ich finde auch das sich schon etwas mehr Luft bekomme und sich mein Geschmack und Geruch verbessert hat.
Naja wer wei脽 vielleicht bilde ich es mir auch ein. 馃槀
