My #freewrite:
It's interesting I did not know what gout was. I had to look it up. Yet I can relate to the condition. I currently have a friend Norman who had a stroke yesterday. If your reading this I hope you pray for him. He's a good friend. He's lent an ear many times when I was in pain.
We've prayed for him, and he's currently out of surgery. Looks like he's recovering well. I'm glad. He's a man that has blessed many people, both with his life, and his friendship. I hope that I'll be able to bless others the way he has. Sometimes you take things for granted like valuable friendships. Not to mention people who've been a blessing in your life.
I'm glad he's okay. The beautiful weather seems, to confirm life's blessings. I'm currently enjoying my Sunday. Doing the most with the the time I have to myself, before I head into work. I'm blessed, and I'm glad Norm is holding on strong.
I find this technique useful. I'm glad I stumbled accross
