We have had another stunning day here today with brilliant sunshine and no winds to speak of which has been great to get out and about in.
Had wrap's for dinner tonight, which is basically make your own meat/salad/dressing etc... wrapped in a tortilla wrap however you want it - plus some hot chips
They might not even be called that where you live - here is a picture of what i am talking about
After Dinner i went for a short walk while my son rode his scooter alongside me, when we got back i jumped on this beast and joined him for a couple of laps around the neighbourhood
The above scooter is my Daughter but she was engrossed in her Laptop and said i could ride it :)
Only spent 15 odd minutes but i was puffed after that, slack i know but i am on a mission to lose the 6 odd kgs i have added to my body over winter.
Here is my Son and his scooter down the road from where we live, he did 3 extra circuits while i was being seen to by medical staff..LOL
