Colorful Chocolate Duck Rice

This is my participation in the contest organized by @derangedvisions and @liketu . I'm very happy to be able to explore my talent in the field of photography and take part in this contest from #deranged and #liketu.
This week's Deranged Photography Contest is about Food Photography.
The photo that I entered for this contest was my creation "Colorful Chocolate duck rice".

Recipe
This duck is a famous Peking duck for its delicious taste. I first steamed the duck with the secret spices left by my family, my family happened to be food lovers and foodies. then I fry it in very hot oil, so that it is cooked to the bone.

I chose the thighs of this duck so that when serving the duck thighs it resembles the picture of the duck as a whole. With its head, neck and wings.
This sambal comes from a mixture of cayenne pepper and a little green chili, I put a little pepper, salt and coriander, so that it tastes more delicious.
Then I put some colorful chocolate, to give a sweet impression in the presentation, besides that the point is that when someone eats this duck with its spicy chili sauce, he can neutralize it by eating the sweet chocolate.
I put a little eggplant that I have fried and cabbage leaves for vegetables in this Duck rice.
As for the rice, it comes from ordinary white rice, but I cook it by adding a little pandan leaf to make the rice more fragrant.
