I particularly share cookies of all kinds because they are the most loved by the people around me ... This time I share some cookies with butterflies, they have been really beautiful so below I show you my process of preparation. 🦋💛🧡

Hola amigos 🦋 hoy comparto una de mis recetas, espero les guste tanto como a mí. 👩🏻‍🍳🧡

Particularmente suelo compartir galletas de todo tipo porque son las más amadas por las personas que me rodean... En esta ocasión comparto unas galletas con figura de mariposas, han quedado realmente hermosas así que a continuación les muestro mi proceso de elaboración. 🦋💛🧡

The ingredients to use are the following:

•125 gr of margarine.
•125 gr of sugar.
•2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
•1 teaspoon of vanilla.
•250 gr of wheat flour.
•Baking powders.
•Butterfly cutter.
•Baking trays.

Los ingredientes a utilizar son los siguientes:

•125 gr de margarina.
•125 gr de azúcar.
•2 cucharadita de canela en polvo.
•1 cucharadita de vainilla.
•250 gr de harina de trigo.
•Polvos de hornear.
•Cortador de mariposa.
•Bandejas para hornear.

The production process is very similar, rather it is the same as the last cookies that I presented to you last time. The cookies that I present today are cinnamon cookies which have an incredible flavor.

In our assistant we proceed to mix our ingredients, starting with the margarine and then the sugar when our mixture has no lumps, we proceed to add the cinnamon and vanilla and continue mixing.

El proceso de elaboración es muy similar mejor dicho es el mismo que las últimas galletas que les he presentado la vez pasada, estás que elaboró hoy son galletas de canela las cuales tienen un increíble sabor.

En nuestro asistente procedemos a mezclar nuestros ingredientes, iniciando con la margarina y luego el azúcar cuando nuestra mezcla no tenga grumos procedemos agregar la canela y la vainilla y seguimos mezclando.

Once this is done, we proceed to add the wheat flour together with the previously sifted baking powder, we add it to our mixture little by little and continue mixing.

Hecho lo anterior procedemos agregar la harina de trigo junto con los polvos de hornear previamente tamizados, lo agregamos a nuestra mezcla poco a poco y seguimos mezclando.

Thus being a perfect dough for cookies, I have taken it to the refrigerator to take a greater consistency and then proceed to shape my cookies.

Quedando así una masa perfecta para galletas, yo la he llevado al refrigerador para que tome una mayor consistencia y luego así proceder a dar formar a mis galletas.

To obtain the butterfly figure I have used a cutter with said figure and I proceeded to spread my dough with the help of a rolling pin to start with this magic of creating 👩🏻‍🍳

Para obtener la figura de mariposa he utilizado un cortador con dicha figura y he procedido a extender mi masa con ayuda de un rodillo para comenzar con esta magia de crear 👩🏻‍🍳

Obtaining the butterfly cookies in this way 🦋 carry out the same process with the rest of the dough and place the cookies on the tray that would go directly to the oven.

Obteniendo lo anterior procedí a hornear aproximadamente 30 40 minutos, quedando unas galletas deliciosas y hermosas. 👩🏻‍🍳
