Cowpooling is growing in popularity in places like Texas and other parts of the US as inflation has driven food prices up.

Cowpooling is where consumers are buying in bulk, they buy the whole cow and might place that order with others for example and split the cost of meat. It isn't an option that everyone can easily find in the market either. Buying in bulk is one of the most common ways that people are trying to navigate food inflation right now and try to maintain their cost of living and keep up with buying food that they need.

Buying in bulk for things like meat can make a difference say experts and that is why more people are considering it today, it can also offer some more reliability instead of going to the grocery store hoping they will have what you want.

Meat has seen an incredible increase in price around the US and elsewhere as inflation has pushed prices up. Some might be seeing increases as much as 14% or more on some items, compared to what they were a year or two ago.
