Hi there. In this travel post our travel group continue in Hong Kong for the day trip. We transition from the Wong Tai Sin Temple to the nearby Temple Mall.
I took a lot of pictures this time around. Less text and more photos.
As Wong Tai Sin is on one side of the metro station exit, the Temple Mall is on the other side. The name Temple Mall is quite appropriate as this mall is right by the temple.
In one of the stores, there are Cristiano Ronaldo products. I guess CR7 is very popular in Hong Kong.
Although not shown, I did end up buying a new unlocked phone in Hong Kong. My Samsung A50 phone was getting a bit boring after something like 4 years. The pictures you have seen up to here (Travel Post 29) were from the Samsung A50 phone. The new phone I got was a Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro. It was around 400 CAD. For a mid-tier phone it works well. No need for the latest phone as prices do depreciate over time.
What is somewhat surprising about Hong Kong is that there are Indian restaurant shops. There are Indian people who live in Hong Kong and speak in good Cantonese (dialect).
We walk around the streets of Hong Kong. I am not familiar with the streets but we did reach this Nathan Road sign. (left photo with sign in middle)
Our group also travel around in a double decker bus. I take some pictures while being on the second floor at the front of this bus.
We kind of have a snack break at a Cafe De Coral place. Afterwards we walk around again and head to our friend's place (pictures not shown/privacy).
Nighttime in Hong Kong is kind of crazy. The streets and sidewalks are busy and there is a lot of lighting at night. It does feel lively. I took some pictures.
In the next post we conclude our Hong Kong day trip and head back to Shenzhen.
Thank you for reading.
