So... It's Tuesday. I've only done 3522 counted steps. Im sure there was more.. 馃槀 Anyhow. It's more than there would have been as I was not keen on going for a walk but I looked at my actifit app and thought dang it... I've got to go and do some this this was supposed to be my first post this morning... Still is as I never got to post anything else.. 馃槀 But the fact of the matter is... I did go for my walk. Albeit not 10000 steps but it's better than nothing. I had my feet in the water and the sun on my skin and it was GOOD!!!
