These are BBQ pork buns my wife made yesterday
There are 2 things to cook, the BBQ inside and the bun that wrap it. So first marinate the pork with soy sauce and BBQ sauce
BBQ the pork. We used air frier
Cut the pork into smaller pieces
Add some honey and cook it again to get more taste
Now this is how to make the skin. Mix flour, water and egg and then put it in the mixer
Take out the dough and divide it equally
Put the BBQ pork inside
Put them in the oven
Put some eggs on the skin
Put them back in the oven
And finally ready to eat
