Today ... It was the end of school thing ... where every class practices a shitty dance ... and all parents go all ape-shit about their kids. And I'm the same, so, for the record, every dance was shit except for the things my kids did. Those things were awesome (I'm serious all other things were shit! Some parents may think the things my kids were shit ... but they're lying :))
So the deal is, you love your kids, and the things they do are awesome. It's a fact of life, while everyone knows it truly horrible. But ... fuck them. The lesson is: fuck them. And the real lesson is: You choose what you find awesome! Some people like the subtleties of a square cm of a Van Gogh painting ... some like to stick a cucumber in their ass .. so yeah ... do what you like!
