‎Hello everyone... here's me writing to share with you all that One of the greatest deceptions of success is making a man believe he no longer needs God. I have persons here who mock things related to church, pastors and faith.

‎The moment some people acquire money, influence, or status, they begin to speak of Jesus as some stuff for poor people.

‎They point to wealthy people who do not attend church and ask, “Do you need Jesus to succeed?”

‎But that question reveals a misunderstanding of both success and God.

‎God never promised that only believers would make money.
‎The rain falls on the just and the unjust.

‎Intelligence, discipline, innovation, and opportunity can produce wealth whether a man acknowledges God or not.

‎But wealth is not the highest proof of success.

‎If money were the ultimate measure, then every rich man would be fulfilled, every celebrity would be at peace, and every billionaire would be immune to despair.

‎Yet history says otherwise.
‎Faith is not merely about getting things from God.

‎Faith is about knowing God.

‎It is possible to have a full bank account and an empty soul.
‎It is possible to own properties and lack peace. It is possible to be known by the world and still be lost within yourself.

‎The tragedy is not that a man becomes successful. The tragedy is when success convinces him that he achieved everything by himself.

‎Because pride has a short memory.

‎It forgets the doors that opened unexpectedly.
‎It forgets the accidents that never happened.

‎It forgets the illnesses that never came.
‎It forgets the favour that cannot be explained by effort alone.

‎Sometimes God is so gracious that He allows your success to look like your effort.
‎And many mistake His silence for His absence.

‎Yes, churches are led by imperfect people.Yes, some have commercialized the faith.
‎But counterfeit currency does not make genuine currency worthless.

‎The existence of abuse does not cancel the existence of truth.
‎The failure of some believers does not diminish the reality of Christ.

‎History is filled with men and women whose faith strengthened their impact.
‎Scientists such as Isaac Newton saw their discoveries as revealing God’s order in creation.

‎Inventors, reformers, entrepreneurs, and leaders throughout history drew strength from their belief in God while pursuing excellence in their fields.

‎Faith has never been the enemy of achievement. At its best, faith gives achievement meaning.

‎Because success answers the question, “What have you gained?”

‎Faith answers the deeper question, “Who have you become?”
‎One day, every title will expire.
‎Every office will be vacated.

‎Every account balance will belong to someone else.
‎Every trophy will gather dust.
‎The only investment that survives the grave is your relationship with God.

‎That is why Jesus asked the question that echoes across generations:
‎“What shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his soul?”

‎Money is useful.
‎Influence is useful.
‎Achievement is honourable.
‎But none of them can replace eternity.

‎The greatest advantage of faith is not that it helps you succeed on earth.
‎It is that it prepares you for heaven while teaching you how to live meaningfully on earth.

‎You're reading from your handsome friend John Petra.
‎Peace and love 💕
