While crossing the road,I stopped by a scream. The child on her back was crying over hunger. She is also feeling same, but having a responsibility of her little brother, she merely kept that feeling inside her.Sometimes she gets some penny, sometime fate will compell her to return empty-handed.Coming closer to me,she genuinely opened her hand for some money.I offered some money and talked with her for a while. The smile of satisfaction on her face with that little amount blown my heart away with happiness, which is more valuable than a hefty amount of money.
She,seems to be 14-15 years old,dnt know about her parents, who perhaps left her to die due just because she was a girl. She found herself in the station from the day of her conscience. The baby is only company of her, with whom she wanders from place to place in search of food, money and whatever that feeds them for the day."Khush hu,par jab koi paisa deta he to aur khusi hoti he,khana khaneko milta he" is what she said on asking about her life.Sometimes a small incident also make u to learn great lessons of life.
These small incidents makes life a worth enjoyable and the goal becomes clearer. This is where your purpose gets a vivid picture in itself,to make their future better one.She is not just one, there millions like her.As Ralph Waldo Emerson perfectly quoted
"The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well."
