My Most Recent Captures at Night [ENG/ESP]

Hey, how are you Hive friends? Greetings from the city of Buenos Aires. Today I bring you some night pictures of two different neighborhoods that I took a few hours ago while walking around these areas. I've been doing night walks lately, recovering this initiative that I had left for work and it seems that I had forgotten how amazing it was to walk and capture images in these hours.

I was walking around the neighborhood of San Nicolas and it was impossible not to run into the great Kirchner cultural center and that striking facade that incites to photograph it. So I took some shots taking advantage of the fact that the sky was also quite interesting at that time.

This cultural center was formerly the home of the central post office and communications palace and that is why there is a statue of a letter carrier there, however it is currently a center where visual and artistic activities, theater and art exhibitions dedicated to promoting cultural education of the youngest in the first place although it is suitable for all audiences.

Hey! Cómo están amigos de Hive? Saludos desde la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Hoy les traigo algunas fotografías nocturnas de dos diferentes barrios que tomé hace unas horas mientras caminaba por éstas zonas. He estado haciendo recorridos en la noche últimamente, recuperando ésta iniciativa que había dejado por temas de trabajo y parece que había olvidado lo alucinante que era recorrer y capturar imágenes en éstas horas.

Estuve caminando por el barrio de San Nicolás y era imposible no toparme con el gran centro cultural Kirchner y esa llamativa fachada que incita a fotografiarla. Así que realicé algunas tomas aprovechando que el cielo además estaba bastante interesante a esa hora.

Éste centro cultural fue anteriormente la casa del correo central y palacio de comunicaciones y por ello es que se encuentra una estatua de un cartero allí, sin embargo en la actualidad es un centro donde de desarrollan actividades visuales, artísticas, teatro y exposiciones de arte dedicado a fomentar la educación cultural de los más joven en primer lugar aunque es apto a todo público.

Before arriving to the central post office or to the cultural center already mentioned before, I went through the whole area of diagonal norte, plaza de mayo where the historical pyramid of this square is very illuminated and striking in the middle of this place but we did not go further, I have already taken many photos in this area so let's let it rest a little haha.

Then there is one of the subway stations of the E line just in front of the Kirchner cultural center or CCK with the name of Correo Central referring to the old name of this building and is one of the stations that brings you closer to another neighborhood, this being the neighborhood of retiro where next I will show you a couple of quick pictures that I took in this other neighborhood.

Antes de llegar al correo central o al.centro cultural ya antes mencionado, pasé por toda la zona de diagonal norte, plaza de mayo en dónde se encuentra la histórica pirámide de ésta plaza muy iluminada y llamativa en el medio de este lugar pero no fuimos más allá, ya he tomado muchas fotos en esta zona así que vamos a dejarla descansar un poco jaja

Posteriormente está una de las estaciones del subterráneo de la línea E justo frente al centro cultural Kirchner o CCK con el nombre de Correo Central haciendo referencia al antiguo nombre de este edificio y es una de las estaciones que te acercan más otro barrio, siendo éste el barrio de retiro dónde a continuación les mostraré un par de fotos rápidas que realicé en éste otro barrio.

Finally I show you a couple of the most striking buildings of the city or this part of the city, taking into account that this is a business area and there are multiple business complexes like these. For this case I show you the republic building, a former telephone building that constitutes different offices such as The Walt Disney Company Argentina, Facebook Argentina, and other national and international companies. A building that captures a lot of attention for its shape as it seems to be cut on one side.

On the other hand I also took a couple of pictures of the business building known as the BBVA tower also consisting of offices belonging to this bank as well as offices of external companies. This pair is one of the most emblematic buildings in this area and are also meeting points for night photography outings organized by photographers of the city of Buenos Aires.

Para finalizar les muestro un par de los edicios más llamativo de la ciudad o de esta parte de la ciudad, tomando en cuenta que ésta es una zona empresarial y hay múltiples complejos empresariales como estos. Para este caso le muestro el edificio república, antiguo edificio de telefónica que constituyen diferentes oficinas tales como The Walt Disney Company Argentina, Facebook Argentina, y otras compañías nacionales e internacionales. Un edificio que capta mucho la atención por su forma ya que pareciera que estuviera cortado por un costado.

Por otra parte también tome un par de fotos del edificio empresarial conocido como la torre BBVA también constituida por oficinas pertenecientes a esta entidad bancaria así como oficinas de empresas externas. Este par es uno de los edificios más emblemáticos en esta zona y también son puntos de encuentro para salidas de fotografías nocturnas organizadas por fotógrafos de la ciudad de Buenos Aires.
