Greetings, dear friends of this wonderful community that is SWC. Today, I would like to share a little bit about my afternoon training session on the front lever.

In today's training, which is more focused on the front lever, I sought to increase the intensity of the pull-ups and the touch at the beginning of the routine from a tuck position to increase the number of repetitions and endurance, as I am looking for greater muscle adaptation to the muscles involved in everything that the front lever encompasses, and even more so in the smaller muscles such as the posterior deltoid.

After that, I continued working on the front lever one arm progressions, where I have finally found the key to maintaining the posture, and now I have to work on achieving the complete posture by gradually building up strength. I found it very curious that I can hold the form longer and feel more strength in my left arm, as I still struggle with my right arm and can hold it for a little less time. It's really curious, but I'm strengthening any weaknesses that arise as I progress.SWC
