Greetings, dear friends at HIVE and SWC. Today, I'm here to share with you how my balance training went at home.

Since I couldn't go out to train because of the rain, I decided to do a workout at home, but focused entirely on balance, handstands, and handstand combinations with tuck progressions and hold rounds. Before this opportunity, I hadn't dedicated a full routine to this in a while, as I always focus on planks and front levers, and even though I make time for it on push days, it's not usually the main focus of everything.

First, I did a short handstand warm-up so I could do some small combinations where the focus was not on doing advanced strength movements, but on finding better posture and getting the most seconds in each part of the routine. The first combo I did was a tuck to handstand with at least five seconds of balance and back to tuck, and so on for at least four rounds. It was actually quite simple; I wanted to use this first exercise to warm up a little.

After that, I can say that I focused solely on a movement that I haven't given much attention to, but which I should give more importance to, and that is presses from advance tuck. because I've had trouble maintaining balance, and by not giving this exercise much importance, I haven't been able to master the proper posture for the press. That's where I dedicated the rest of my training, and I really felt very fulfilled to finally focus on it and realize that, in a way, I've been able to indirectly progress through the days of combos where I've worked on presses and other strength movements.
