I saw a post this morning begging for forgiveness from the Hive community. https://hive.blog/appeals/@jahangir1/my-hivewatchers-blacklist-appeal-day-5 We've all seen these types of posts before and while I'd love to get into the whole:
Now before I go any further, I only read the post, I did not drill down any further in terms of information or data but what I will say is twelve posts that supposedly contain plagiarism and or other content that falls foul of the likes of Hivewatchers and Cheetah is a tad more than just "Simple Human Error" even in my estimation it comes across as willful and I'm also not convinced by the perceived language barrier either. Google has a reasonably good Translator as does the Internet.
The question is probably the same question society asks: What is the ultimate goal of punishment? Is it purely they to inflict suffering on the perpetrator with little or no chance of redemption? Or is it there to say: You and I know you did wrong, we punished you as a deterrent to you and others, now lets see how we can put you on the right path."
You choose?
