I must confess- me and my boyfriend make a good team. Besides the fact that he is adorable and I can just get lost in his eyes, we are a good team. I like how things go between us...I might keep him. Joking- I am definitely keeping him. Ha ha! Shhh! He might read this post and I hope this will bring a little smile on his face. I love seeing him laugh and smile.. We are in a long distance relationship but we are living together for the summer. How cool is that?
Anyway let me get to the point of this post and tell you how delicious that food was. He was in the mood for seafood, so we went to one of the local Oriental Markets and got bunch of stuff, including scallops. I made a lemon garlic butter sauce, he seared the scallops, I chopped the veggies for the fried rice, he made the rice, I made the other veggies. In the end, the meal was delicious.
