Colleagues, blessings to all. Today I painted a new card, it's a piano called the i50 Star 30. It's a very elegant gray piano, suspended by its legs. This type of piano is one that many people buy for their homes because it doesn't take up much space. It's also common to see them in many music videos. Well, for some reason it's in the common card category because it can be found easily in the game and in real life.
To make this drawing, I started by drawing the largest part of the card: the frame that surrounds the instrument. In this case, I did it following my classic design with curved edges. Here it is.
After finishing the frame, I moved on to making the main body of the piano. It's a large rectangle that sits right in the middle of the frame. Inside, I then drew some lines to create the 3D effect of the instrument's silhouette.
The next step was to draw each of the keys. To do this, I always use the straight lines function in IbisPaint X; it allows me to create the keys. It's sometimes a bit of a slow process, but it's always a lot of fun. I also drew another small rectangle underneath the piano body, which is a decorative element.
The next step was to paint the sketch I had created up to that point. I started by painting the frame, then the background of the card, and finally the piano. The color palette I used consisted of various shades of blue and gray. Once the piano was painted, I added some small embellishments.
After painting everything, I made the supports and legs. These allow the piano to stand upright at home without needing to be placed on another structure.
And finally, colleagues, I've drawn the aesthetic details of the card, such as the stamp with the game's name and the instrument's name. And that's it! See you in the next drawing.
