Happy January 4th, colleagues! The year is flying by, isn't it? As usual, I'm here to show you my new drawing. Today's drawing was inspired by card R431 KEH 01. It's a really cute microphone. I love its pink color, almost a deep purple. It has a very unique design because it gives me the feeling of being a futuristic microphone, or perhaps ahead of its time when it was designed.
Today I'm happy to show you step by step how I made it from beginning to end, using the card as an example. To begin, I first drew the inner frame of the card.
After finishing the frame, I moved on to drawing the main body and silhouette of the microphone. This includes its handle and some lines to differentiate the microphone's various areas.
In the details section I made a kind of small cube at the top of the handle; that's where you sing and capture the sound of the singer's voice.
What followed, colleagues, was the painting process. I used several colors, the most predominant being purple and blue. I used both in different shades, both for painting the various backgrounds and for the microphone itself. I even created its reflections and shadows with shades of purple. In the screenshots, you can see how I painted each detail.
And to finish, my friends, here's the result of the step-by-step process of drawing this lovely card. I hope you like the result, and if you do, please let me know, as I intend to keep improving.
