Chicken can indeed be cooked into a variety of foods. Every country has many types of dishes made from chicken. In Indonesia, there are also a lot of foods with the basic ingredients of chicken. I like chicken more than meat and other foodstuffs. Almost every day I eat chicken in a different dish.Even though I eat chicken every day, I rarely feel bored.
Today I want to introduce Kremes Chicken. It's actually just ordinary fried chicken, but what makes it unique is the crispy flour. Why do I say this is unique? Because this is different from other crispy chicken. Usually crispy chicken, the chicken is wrapped in flour and then fried. However, this is different because the chicken and flour are fried separately. Frying creamy chicken is also not easy. I myself have tried to make it but failed. Until now I still haven't tried to make it again.
In addition to the crispy flour, usually the creamy chicken is eaten with chili sauce and fresh vegetables. The savory taste of chicken and flour blends with the spicy chili paste, really delicious.
How much it costs?
The price is very cheap. Usually it sells for around IDR 20,000 to 25,000 per serving. USD 1.40 to 1.75 per serving.
