Hello, foodies!
Last Sunday, in the afternoon we tried to look for something to eat or drink for the teatime. We then looked for it in a foodcourt which was located in foodhall, Grand Indonesia.
It had many stalls but not too much, the dining area was large, and also clean and neat. A nice place to dine in or spend the time together with friends or family.
On last 22nd December we hadn't eat ronde (the sweet glutinous balls in ginger soup). So we ordered it.

I just known that they also sold noodle.
These period, they also gave a steamed bun if you bought the ronde, great!
We also tempted to buy Bandung shewmay next to the cashier table. So we bought it too. We paid, then mom added the sweet soy sauce to the shewmay.

We only bought 2 pieces of it. The shewmay tasted savory and a bit sweet. It made from fish and the peanut paste was tasty, savory, a bit spicy and a bit sweet. Delicious!
Then we gave the bill to the yenpao stall, where we bought the ronde. The waiter was nice and dilligent. Only 10 minutes, then he delivered the ronde and a steamed bun to our table.
The ronde tasted great, sweet and a bit spicy from the ginger. The large ronde had peanut fillings while the small ronde didn't have the filling. It also served in hot ginger soup, tasty!
And here was the bonus, mini pao with the chicken soy sauce filling.
I loved the skin, it was soft. But i didn't like the filling, cause it was too sweet for me, and also less savory.
For all we paid 42,000 IDR or around 3 USD.
Here you could also try another food, cause many were also delicious here.
