Cute Blue Whale (from a circle) - easy draw & paint tutorial how to (only a layer)

Recently I got inspiration to draw a cute blue whale.. Then I wanted to make it as easy as possible. So I got an idea to make it from a circle.
And for this picture I only used a layer and I tried my best to make it the easiest way.
Project Time: approximately 1.5 hours
Difficulty: Easy
Required apps: Free version of Medibang Painter Apps. You could download it easily through play store.
Required Device: Any tablets with pen, I used my Samsung S6 lite android tablet.
The Easiest Steps to draw:
1ST
With the 25 px marker brush, I started to draw a circle. I used the blue that I added to my palette before. The color of it was steel blue. Then I added the tail, erased some part of the circle and corrected the tail until I got the perfect shape I wanted.
2ND
After that, I corrected bottom part of the whale like on the picture. Added the curve line to the bottom part of the whale with soft blue then painted it with spill the can button. Drew the fins, I then added the royal blue to my palette.
3RD
Then, I painted the whole whale body. Added the water hole upon it with white color and colored it. After that, I added two small eyes. Change the brush into 8 px, I added small dots under the eyes and also smiling red mouth to it. After that, back to 25 px, I drew the waves on left and right plus heart look like water that through out from the water hole.
The Result
I painted the water with spill the can button. Then this is it, the cute blue whale was there. I also added the background with blue. How do you think of it?
