Hello friends how are you all? I hope you all are fine. I am also fine. So today I am back again with a new post. Today I made a very cute art. I made a very cute and adorable otter which is floating in the water. I saw this on Pinterest and I found it very cute so I drew it in my sketchbook. And I also shared its tutorial with you all. A step by step tutorial. I hope you all will like it. So now let’s start making this cute otter.
Materials
To make this I first took a sketchbook of course. Then I took sketch pencils. I took color markers and pencil colors.
Rough Sketching
First I started drawing its rough sketch. First I started with its head and then I made its body. After that I made its tail and then I made the flowers which it has in its hands. Then I made the leaves which are on the water. And like this our rough sketch was ready.
Outlining
Now when the rough sketch was ready I took a black color pointer and I did the outlining with the black color pointer. First I outlined the otter with the black pointer. After that I outlined the leaves and other things on the sides. And at last I wanted to show the otter as if it is floating upside down in the water. So I also drew the water waves with the help of the pointer. After that I added some more details with the pointer in this art. Like I made its eyes and nose and also added some small details. And even without colors it was looking so beautiful.
Coloring
Now it was time to color it. First I colored the flowers with pink color. I used a pink marker to color the flowers. Then I colored the inner part of the flowers with yellow and brown color markers. And I also colored the flower stems with a green color marker. After that I used a brown color marker to color the otter’s feet and ears. And after that I took a green color marker and colored the leaves with it.
Now it was time to color the water. I outlined the waves again with a blue color marker. After that I colored the otter with pencil colors. And at last I also colored the water with a blue pencil color.
Final result
