Affirmative proclamations to the universe. You don't even have to initially believe the affirmation but through speaking it each day you'll notice that you generate the feeling and energy needed to go after it. It's easy to do and easy not not do. Still working on consistency also.
Here's one I use : " I AM receiving the abundance of the universe in all directions, every moment that I breathe".
