Question : Why a creator does not receive the highest recorded reward?

Dear Community,

I have observed that many time posts achieve a $ value and if we dont get further votes in that post for remining time (until it reach to payout day) there is a continuous drop in your reward amount .

Is there any solid logical reason behind it.
