I wanted to make the soul of Seoul pun again but it's a little old now... And I think I used it like 3 times in posts already. So instead I'll talk about the heart of Seoul today!
Namsan tower is a tower located on Namsan mountain north of the Han River in Seoul. The tower itself is over 200 metres tall, and situated on top of the mountain it makes for one of the highest locations in Seoul
Where to find Namsan tower!
North of the river near Myeongdong and Itaewon subway stations. There are buses from both stations to the top, or you can walk!
Going to the top of the tower will cost you 10000 Won (about $8 USD), which is a very reasonable price. However if you don't want to pay you can always get a nice view from the top of the mountain! I took all of my photos from the mountain!
In the distance you can see the river winding through Seoul. It's an amazing view, and a splendid place to hangout and stroll along in summer!
Namsan Tower and Lotte Tower in Seoul both provide some amazing views of this wonderful and beautiful city! Personally I prefer the view from Namsan (and it's less crowded and cheaper), but it's up to you! I would definitely recommend both.
