Feliz noche amigos, para nuestra cena de año nuevo decidí preparar una deliciosa torta de especias y gotas de chocolate. La verdad es fácil de preparar y el toque de especias en la torta le da un toque delicioso, me encanta cocinar para compartir con mi familia y amigos.

Vamos a comenzar con lo hacemos con la mayoría de nuestras tortas. Colocando la mantequilla y la mitad de azúcar y vamos a batir hasta obtener una crema bastante homogénea y que nuestra mantequilla tenga un color más claro.
