Happy night, friends of #MarketFriday. Today I want to share a bit about an outing I had with my best friend to look for deals on vegetables to buy. And this time we went to one of the supermarkets of the Rio chain. Since there are several on the island and in this one there were some offers and we took advantage of going, since with my best friend going out to the market counts as outings and always When we go to this supermarket, we also take advantage of eating because they sell very tasty food.
To get to this supermarket we had to take two buses, that is, it took us a little over an hour to get there. When we entered the supermarket, the first thing we saw was the part of the deli, there was actually a lot to choose from, when we got there we We sat at some tables that are in the supermarket and we took advantage of resting for a while and eating something and then reviewing the offers that were in the supermarket.
After eating and talking a bit, we began to walk a bit through the supermarket and in the first aisle we were in was the one with grains and on the list of things I wanted to buy were these red lentils that I really love and I buy them whenever I can and the truth is that whenever I buy them they are at the same price so that's good for me.
Something that was at a good price is the coffee and that I also put in the shopping cart. Since at home we love coffee and we cannot miss it and it was at a good price.
Something that we also found in this corridor was rice and we also put it in the cart because it is something that we always prepare and there are many ways to prepare rice and I also love it.
We were also looking at the price of olive oil since in this aisle there were several brands and various sizes. Olive oil is very good and is used in many preparations when cooking.
And we arrived at the place where I like the most in the supermarket, which is the vegetable and fruit area, and when we entered, the first thing we saw was that the onion was at a very good price, so I chose a few because without a doubt What we use the most at home is onion.
I really love going to this supermarket since all the vegetables are fresh and vegetables are something that should not be missing at home. Around here I was adding to the cart bell peppers, garlic, tomato, coriander, broccoli, zucchini, carrots and leeks.
On this other side were the fruits, there were green and red apples, peaches and passion fruit. From here I only take apples, which is what we eat the most at home.

I love to cook and use spices and I was seeing that in this supermarket there are some spices that are really good and their price is not that high so it is something that I will write down to buy later and thus season my meals. I want to buy them because I have used this brand before and they are of very good quality.
While we were walking through the supermarket I saw this avocado oil spray, the truth is that it looks pretty good and it's great because since it's a spray, it's used very little.
