Feliz noche amigos de Home solutions hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un poco del caos que estuve viviendo este último mes y es que se nos quemó el módem del internet y tuvimos varios contratiempos para poder hacer el cambio a fibra óptica y justamente hoy se pudo hacer el cambio y de verdad que me siento más aliviada de que al fin pudimos hacer el cambio.
Happy night friends from Home solutions, today I want to share with you a little of the chaos that I have been experiencing this last month and that is that our internet modem burned out and we had several setbacks to be able to make the change to fiber optics and just today the change and I really feel more relieved that we were finally able to make the change.
Normalmente yo no atiendo llamadas de números que no tengo guardados en mi celular, pero hoy me llamaron y contesté y era de parte de intercable para hacer la migración a la fibra óptica así que les di la dirección exacta y a los minutos ya estaban en casa para hacer el cambio. Aqui pueden ver cómo los chicos estaban midiendo para cortar el cable y comenzar con el cambio.
Normally I don't answer calls from numbers that I don't have saved on my cell phone, but today they called me and I answered and it was from intercable to make the migration to fiber optics so I gave them the exact address and a few minutes later they were at home to make the change. Here you can see how the guys were measuring to cut the cable and begin the change.
Por aquí pase a uno de los chicos a mi cuarto que es donde tengo la computadora para que el viera donde iba a colocar todos los aparatos nuevos que necesitábamos para tener la fibra, la verdad que los chicos que vinieron a hacer el cambio fueron bastante amables y trabajaron bastante rápido. Y nosotras súper agradecidas de que por fin vinieron a hacer el cambio.
I took one of the guys to my room, which is where I have the computer, so he could see where I was going to put all the new equipment we needed to have fiber. The truth is that the guys who came to make the change were very kind and worked very quickly. And we were super grateful that they finally came to make the change.
Por aquí otro de los chicos estaba arreglando el cable para la televisión y es que desde hace una semana nos habían quitado la señal de televisión por cable la verdad que fueron días bastante complicados sin internet y sin señal de televisión y teniendo una madre que es adicta a ver televisión.
Another one of the guys was fixing the cable for the television. They had cut off our cable TV signal a week ago. The truth is that those were some pretty complicated days without internet and without a television signal, and having a mother who is addicted to watching television.
Finalmente terminaron de poner todo y de configurar el wifi, uno de los chicos me explico que la señal de internet podría demorar 24 horas en llegar, así que técnicamente aún no tenemos internet pero ya al menos todos los aparatos están instalados. La verdad que sentí que me volvía un poco loca todos estos días. Esperemos que ya mañana tenga señal de internet.
They finally finished setting up everything and configuring the wifi. One of the guys explained to me that it could take 24 hours for the internet signal to arrive, so technically we still don't have internet, but at least all the devices are already installed. The truth is that I felt like I was going a little crazy these days. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have an internet signal.
