Feliz sábado amigos de Be entrepreneur está mañana quiero compartir un poco de este último pedido que tuve está semana y es que amo mi trabajo sin lugar a dudas y algo que me hace inmensamente feliz es acortar distancias ya que algunos de nuestros clientes están fuera del país y nos contactan para que hagamos una torta y está es la forma de ellos estar presentes en un día especial aún en la distancia. En esta ocasión el cumpleaños era de una tía pero este año no le regale la torta yo, si no que una de sus hijas le mando a hacer una torta muy bella y al entregar la torta mi tía lloro de emoción.
Happy Saturday friends of Be entrepreneur, this morning I want to share a little about this last order that I had this week and that is that I love my job without a doubt and something that makes me immensely happy is shortening distances since some of our clients are outside the country and they contact us to make a cake and this is their way of being present on a special day even in the distance. On this occasion the birthday was for an aunt but this year I did not give her the cake, but rather one of her daughters sent her to make a very beautiful cake and when she gave the cake my aunt cried with emotion.
Mi prima hace como dos semanas me escribió que quería que le hiciera una torta a mi tía que quedará linda y yo por supuesto le dije que si. Y les cuento que mi prima le pasó el pago de la torta a mi tía y mi tía no sabía nada y me dice Cecilia me dijo que te pasará un dinero pero no me dijo para que y yo le dije a mi tía que era para pagar un curso pero en realidad era para su torta de cumpleaños. Para esta torta fue una torta de red velvet y todos quedaron encantados con el sabor de esta torta. Que mejor que esto el saber que tengo unos clientes que quedaron satisfechos con mi trabajo.

El día de entregar la torta en la mañana me dirigí al centro de la isla ya que debía comprar unas flores que llevaba el modelo que me habían pedido de la torta. Y les cuento que al llegar a la floristeria me asuste porque no ví flores, pero estaban en las cavas. Cuando busque las flores el chico que me atendió me regaló unas pequeñas flores y esto no es mucho pero un simple gesto nos puede alegrar el día.

Luego de comprar las flores fui a mi tienda de repostería favorita a comprar el plato donde colocaría la torta, un poco de esencia para el merengue y la crema chantilly y también estuve viendo el precio de los vasos con domo ya que quiero incursionar en la venta de estos postres en vaso.

Al llegar a casa lo primero que hice fue guardar la chantilly en la nevera para poder batirla muy bien y poner las flores en agua para que se mantuvieran frescas. Una vez la chantilly estuvo bien fría la batí hasta que estuviera bien firme y la coloque en una manga pastelera y rellene la torta. Tenía tres capas de torta y el relleno de chantilly. Una vez que tuve la torta rellena la lleve a la nevera mientras preparaba el merengue italiano para decorar.

Una vez el merengue italiano estuvo listo blo coloque en una manga pastelera y coloque una buena capa de este merengue en toda la torta y luego con un scraper arregle muy bien el merengue y lo que resto del merengue lo pinte en dos tonos de rosados para terminar la torta.

Este fue el resultado final cuando colocamos el merengue rosado, el Topper de la torta y las flores. Una torta sencilla pero hermosa y deliciosa.

Una vez la torta estuvo lista le tome una foto y se la envié a mi prima la que encargó la torta y a ella le encantó. Y una vez llegó mi tía le dije que este regalo era de parte de su hija la que está en Colombia.
