Feliz viernes amigos de Be entrepreneur hoy quiero compartir un poco con ustedes de los corre corre que debo hacer a la hora de un encargo. Ya que en mi venta de tortas tengo la opción torta exprés que normalmente es una torta que pueden pedir el mismo día, pero por lo menos 5 horas antes y que no debería ser tan elaborada, más bien muy sencilla pero el miércoles tome este pedido que era para una sobrina y era una torta temática de princesas. Y según yo todo estaba fríamente calculado, pues iba a realizar la torta en la mañana y la decoraria en la tarde, ya que en el transcurso de la mañana iba a hacer varias cosas. Solo me faltaban los huevos y los iba a comprar cerca de casa pero no había así que los planes cambiaron un poco. Y no pude hacer la torta en la mañana e igual debía salir, pero calculé y dije que si tenía chance de hacer la torta era un poco arriesgado pero yo sabía que si iba a cumplir con este encargo de una torta express.

Since in my cake sale I have the express cake option, which is normally a cake that can be ordered the same day, but at least 5 hours before and should not be so elaborate, rather very simple, but on Wednesday I take this order that It was for a niece and it was a princess themed cake. And according to me, everything was coldly calculated, since I was going to make the cake in the morning and decorate it in the afternoon, since in the course of the morning I was going to do several things. I only needed the eggs and I was going to buy them close to home but there weren't any so the plans changed a bit. And I couldn't make the cake in the morning and I still had to go out, but I calculated and said that if I had a chance to make the cake it was a bit risky but I knew that I was going to fulfill this order of an express cake.

Como era un mini cake personalizado de princesas y mariposas. Cuando salí de casa aproveche de ir al lugar donde me imprimen los Topper de las tortas. Y ya aquí era algo donde estaba ahorrando tiempo.

As it was a personalized mini cake of princesses and butterflies. When I left home, I took advantage of going to the place where they print the cake toppers for me. And already here was something where I was saving time.

Luego de hacer todas las cosas que tenía planeada llegué a casa a casi las 3 de la tarde y con todos los materiales para hacer la torta y me puse mamos a la obra y muy rápido tuve lista la mezcla de la torta y la coloque en el molde y la lleve al horno.

After doing all the things that I had planned I got home at almost 3 in the afternoon and with all the materials to make the cake and I started to work and very quickly I had the cake mix ready and I put it in the mold and take it to the oven.

Mientras la torta estaba en el horno me senté a cortar los Topper que llevaría la torta y mientras estaba haciendo esto se fue la luz y no voy a mentir entre en pánico. Pues la torta debía estar lista a eso de las 6:30 pm y pues si estaba sobre la hora.

While the cake was in the oven I sat down to cut the toppers that would go on the cake and while I was doing this the power went out and I'm not going to lie I panicked. Well, the cake should be ready at about 6:30 pm and well, it was on time.

Cuando la torta estubo lista deje que se enfriara por lo menos una hora y luego la metí por 20 minutos en el refrigerador y aproveché de preparar el merengue italiano. Necesitaba que la torta al tacto no se sintiera caliente para que esto no afectará la textura del merengue italiano.

When the cake was ready, I let it cool for at least an hour and then I put it in the fridge for 20 minutes and took advantage of preparing the Italian meringue. I needed the cake to not feel hot to the touch so that this would not affect the texture of the Italian meringue.

Coloque el merengue italiano en una manga pastelera y lo comencé a colocar el la torta para cubrirla y decorarla tal como me la habían pedido. Creo que está torta a sido de las tortas que más rápido he realizado.

I placed the Italian meringue in a pastry bag and began to place it on the cake to cover and decorate it as requested. I think this cake has been one of the fastest cakes I've made.

Y este fue el resultado del mini cake para mi sobrina. La verdad que me encantó el resultado final y quedó tal cual el cliente lo pidió. Y para haber echo está torta en aproximadamente 3 horas el resultado final es simplemente maravilloso.

And this was the result of the mini cake for my niece. The truth is that I loved the final result and it was just as the client requested. And to have made this cake in approximately 3 hours, the final result is simply wonderful.

Sin lugar a dudas ánimo mi trabajo y aunque esté tipo de tortas muchas veces me pone a correr, está torta express muchas veces salva mi semana por así decirlo ya que a veces no tengo muchos pedidos. Pero estas tortas express salvan muchas veces a mis clientes que dejan todo para última hora. Y la pequeña princesa Isabell quedó encantada con su torta y tuvo un feliz cumpleaños.

Without a doubt, I encourage my work and although this type of cake often makes me run, this express cake often saves my week, so to speak, since sometimes I don't have many orders. But these express cakes often save my clients who leave everything to the last minute. And the little princess Isabell was delighted with her cake and she had a happy birthday from her.
