This bowl of spicy beef noodles was bought at the food court near my house.
It was cooked in shanghai style and the chef would use a dough to make the noodles.
It was made on the spot.
After the noodles were ready, the sauce and the slices of beef were added.
It was not really too spicy but a bit oily.
This is one of my children’s favourite food.
