. 1 milky green of two and a half kilos or so
. 3 liters of water approximately
. 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda
. 1/2 cups shredded brown paper
. 5 cups of sugar
. 10 spice cloves
Peel the milky and cut into thin strips, sometimes leave it in the sun for several hours before cooking it improves the flavor.
