Black Squid

this time i will post about how to cook
black squid dish

• 700gr squid
• 10siung onion, sliced
• 5siung garlic, sliced
• 2lbr bay leaves
• 2ruas galangal finger, geprek
• 1 finger of turmeric, geprek
• 5bh red pepper
• Soy sauce
• Salty soy sauce
• Salt

1. Wash the outer squid only, because they want to cook the same ink. But throw a small object in his head
2. Saute onion duo + bay leaf + galangal + turmeric + chilli until fragrant
3. Pour the sweet soy sauce + salt, adjust the flavor before squid is inserted
4. Put the squid add a little water aja
5. Cook until cooked (jgn too long let squid ga alot)
6. Serve with hot rice
