‎Those simple, consistent efforts matters, you don't have to do it all at once. It's still better than procrastinating and waiting for a particular time to get something done or a big breakthrough that would just happen.
‎Most of the times, having to wait for a perfect time leaves you with regrets.

‎To kick off gradually, with the little you have and can do, and staying consistent at it, is most of the time the best thing you'd ever do for yourself, no one wakes up to achieve anything of value, you'd have to go through processes, procedures, pain... you'd sometimes have that feeling of wanting to give up. But your consistency would always keep you ahead of the game. It'll gather the simple steps, little efforts, and your commitment, and before you know it, you're at your desired result.

‎Again, you might not always have your plans all structured and thought out before taking on a project or a goal you want to achieve. You might also not have everything that you need to execute it, that is the resources, the moral support, the back ups, and the rest. But starting with what is available, and being committed to it with consistency, is a bold step. As time passes by you will realize that you are making so much progress, and you will be proud of that decision.

‎However, there are factors that can limit you when trying to start something especially when you have little or no support. These things are common in our everyday life. Confusion can be a limitation; you're not sure that what you're working on is worth the stress or that it will be successful. You're not just sure, no clarity, you're just double-minded at this point. It happens and it is normal. But it can be overcome, if you redirect your focus, and try to find clarity. A state of confusion is one thing that can leave you dwelling deeply in your thought, and can hinder progress.

‎Another thing is fear, fear of the unknown: The "what ifs." You haven't started but you have been defeated already by fear.

‎Additionally, focusing too much on the wrong situations, the negatives, the worst that might happen, can hinder you or be a limitation to achieving your goals in life.

‎It is important to plan ahead, think of the possible outcomes, contingencies, and all. But allowing ourselves to be ruled by them will limit our progress.

What to do when faced with the above challenges.
‎First, seek clarity—you can get a counselor on that particular area you're working on. Ask questions to understand. You can also read books on those areas to gain more knowledge.

‎Second, train your mind to be positive, to see more of the good, instead of the bad side of everything.

‎And third, pray—lean not on your own understanding, also seek God for direction.
