Hello, guys!

Today is Sunday and I was restrained from my morning exercise. Though I had a lot of bodily exercises since the week began. I can attest that exercise is very good for the body. One of the major things I have experienced in my consistency in holding onto exercise is my mental health through daily workouts, running, squatting, and other daily activities.

There was a big development in my health, I was flowing in thoughts and ideas, keeping fit, burning calories, and strengthening my muscles.

Exercise has a great impact on our lives. Our longevity is in our hands. Many people die because of diseases of any kind and some die of lack of exercise. We have failed to access one of the keys of life which is exercise. One thing I have come to discover in the human body is bodily response and movement. Without exercise, our body can stop responding and it might result in something odd.

Throughout this week I have been engaged in the physical and spiritual exercises that have brought relief to my body.

Early this week, I heard that a man died of his sedentary lifestyle which is associated with humorous health risks, like cardiovascular disease or another chronic disease that might be the cause of his death.

So in the process of walking around the house, and shopping, I accumulated this activity count.

My day was blessed and I was so excited to be part of God's blessing. In anything that you are doing, don't miss out on God's blessing, it's important and it will you to stay fit as well.

Thank you and remember to stay fit.
