Hello, ladies of Hive!
When life challenges you, where do you find the courage to stand back up and keep going?
First of all, life is full of ups and downs, and challenges will always come and I decide where my courage comes from. Guess who? My courage comes from the Lord always. The Bible says, "don't be discouraged, don't me dismayed...."
Isaiah 41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
This is one of my best scriptures that has been encouraging me, when life challenges want to overwhelm me. I'm obsessed with him, and when I'm down, I call upon him for answers.
Some men depend on chariots and horses, but my hope is in the Lord.
Nevertheless, people do have their source of encouragement, it could be in drugs, smoking, and other diabolical ways. But my encouragement will always come through the power of the word of God, which can set my feet upon the rock and establish my goings. Glory to Jesus.
