The Cryptocurrency Journey

May all be having a fantastic day!

Late last year my fascination with cryptocurrency and the blockchain began. Months later when I started this STEEM blog I had no idea what I was getting myself into. My plan was to share some of my interesting nature photography and Zazzle product designs to collect STEEM tokens however low upvotes and interactions forced me to check out what was "Trending" here on STEEMIT instead.

I learned the cryptocurrency blogs were/are HOT and I wanted in! Watching others on YouTube, Instagram and other social media sites make incredible incomes sharing crypto affiliate and referral programs I decided to create a website called cryptocurrencyaffiliateprograms.org (currently under reconstruction), full of my referral links.

Being I hardly knew anything about these companies I used lots of their content so yeah you guessed it @cheetah was on my blog several times, LoL. I meant no disrespect to anyone and I apologize! I was just attempting to get clicks, referrals, share what the websites offered to create a new life for myself and my family.

Throughout the year I watched promoters of some of these crypto affiliate programs get hauled off to court, and of course that was NOT what I wanted to get into, therefore I fell back and decided to just watch the industry.

And from that angle I learned some things and here they are...

1. Cryptocurrency will be around for a while, and I say this because its still in its early stage
2. If you have little to invest watch an organizations growth for months before investing, and be sure their ICO is backed by something besides what they "plan" to do
3. Stay abreast on Coin Market Cap..or any other sites updated daily regarding digital assets

5. This is a big one...LEARN ALL THERE IS TO KNOW ABOUT WALLETS AND SECURING YOUR WALLET (Ive seen top earners get robbed over the year, one YouTuber over $2 Million dollars while he was doing a live broadcast, Jeesh)…
6. Share your Blockchain journey with those that want this information and ask YOU about it personally. There are too many hecklers that don't see the vision, detach from them for a while until you are where you want to be.
7. REINVEST in an organization you have personally watch grow and lived up to what they initially offered
8. Always be in pursuit of your cryptocurrency goals!

In conclusion:
Of course there are no guarantees in cryptocurrency, life in general, however, watching Ethereum drop as is now, and seeing Bitcoin rise, fall and float millionaires were still created in the interim. I am excited to be apart of this era and revolution.
