Just as we saw many years ago, when a lot of people discarded the idea of cryptocurrency because of the fear that their money would become irrelevant or that crypto would never become a legal tender in the future, the crypto world has grown so big that it is now one of the major means of transactions in our world today. About four years ago, when I went to repair a damaged phone screen, when it got to the time when I needed to pay, I told the man to hold on for a little while so I could change my crypto to fiat before paying him. Surprisingly, he suggested that I should simply calculate the amount and send him the equivalent in USDT instead. I was surprised! This is exactly how welcoming cryptocurrency has become and how well it has grown and established itself in many countries and states today. Now, imagine what will become of the crypto world in the next 10 to 20 years if this pace of growth continues.
In my country, there was a time when crypto transactions were banned. In fact, it is still technically banned in certain areas, but everyone has found their way around it, thereby bypassing the areas and channels through which the government imposed the restrictions. In fact, the ban has been lifted indirectly because a lot of microfinance banks are now allowing cryptocurrency transactions, and that is definitely happening with the approval of the relevant financial governing bodies. So, you see, the government can no longer hold it back.
The Markets in Years to Come:
To be sincere, I haven't been, and I'm still not, involved in crypto trading with regards to buying and selling, nor am I involved in forex trading. This is because the whole system makes me 'mad'. Lol.
From what I've seen, the crypto market isn't going to become better or worse than what it has been because nothing is stable. The market is usually fluctuating, and that is natural with crypto. It's all left for people to take advantage of the ups and downs.
That's the absolute truth. There is never going to be a year when everything remains stable or continues to go up without eventually coming down. Whenever the price of crypto goes up, within some months or years, the price will definitely swing down, most times worse than it used to be, and sometimes settle at a somewhat fair price. Take, for example, the price of $HIVE. This year has been its worst state so far, and there will be years to come when it will go up, and everyone will no longer think about how it is performing at this moment. So, there isn't going to be much of a difference in the markets in terms of price. The only thing that will change is the influx of people using cryptocurrency.
